All products are covered by GIN Gliders' official manufacturer warranty. Should technical assistance or warranty support be required, customers can work directly with GINMEC in Vietnam or with the GIN Gliders factory, depending on the nature of the case.
GINMEC is May Paragliding's dedicated paraglider inspection, maintenance, and repair center. Its technicians have been trained, certified, and authorized by GIN Gliders to perform professional technical services according to the manufacturer's global standards. The team has received hands-on training at GIN Gliders' headquarters in South Korea and follows the same procedures used throughout GIN's international service network.
